Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and meet customer needs
- Build trust through open communication
- Provide accurate information
- Meet sales targets and call quotas
- Handle complaints and provide solutions
- Keep records and file documents

- Engage customers

Requirements & Skills:
- Customer support experience
- Track record of over-achieving
- Strong phone handling skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask

Minimum Qualification: OND/HND
Minimum Experience: 1 year
