Farm Workers Needed - Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Work with minimal supervision
- Read, write, and communicate effectively
- Honest and diligent worker
- Task-oriented
- Record information about flocks and crops
- Conversant with necessary medications for flocks
- Dig, plant, and harvest by hand
- Identify plants, pests, and weeds (//opor.ng)
- Inform farm managers of crop progress
- Assist in loading and delivering agricultural products
- Participate in crop inspection, grading, and sorting
- Set up and operate irrigation
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers
- Clear and maintain irrigation ditches

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in farm work
