Mining Operational Manager - Inter Arc Consultants Ltd

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise mine activities
- Ensure future mine production is planned effectively
- Oversee development and tunnelling of the mine
- Inspect mine for potential dangers
- Check quality of stone, rock, and minerals

Requirements:
- Previous experience managing maintenance or technical services teams
- Tertiary qualification as a Mining Engineer or Geologist
- Exposure to Fleet Management systems, particularly Leica Jigsaw (//opor.ng)
- Experience in leading cultural change in an operational setting
- Identify business improvement opportunities and develop programs for implementation
- Experience with six-sigma methodologies
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with geology, mine engineering, and production personnel
- Organized, motivated self-starter with high standards
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced mine production environment

Minimum Qualification: HND/BSc
Minimum Experience: 4 years
