Overnight Shift Baker (Bread), Epe

Carolina Bakery in Temu-Epe, Lagos is hiring an experienced Baker/ Bakery Manager for our modern bakery. This is a full-time Night Shift position (6pm-6am).
Responsibilities: Bake and manage production of various sizes and types of bread. Must have at least 3-5 years of bakery experience. Skills in slicing, mixing, and cutting bread to sizes required. (//opor.ng)
Requirements & Skills: Capable of baking at least 10 bags of 50KG flour with two Baking assistants. Must be able to operate and use ultra-modern ovens effectively.
Minimum Qualification Requirements: Baking bread experience. Minimum Experience: 1 year.
