- Receive materials directly from customers (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Ensure accurate measurements are gathered by the cutter before customers leave
- Receive cash directly from customers
- Confirm transfers before releasing items
- Reconcile account daily with the CEO
- Zero credit unless approved by management
- Monthly reconciliation required (//opor.ng)
- Agree with the cutter on collection dates
- Keep detailed customer records, including phone numbers
