- Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints for a positive experience.
- Utilize accounting/business administration knowledge to address financial queries.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Adhere to company policies while interacting with customers.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably online.

- Proactive and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Flexibility to
work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Abeokuta.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- HND/ND holder in accounting/business administration.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Excellent written and
verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Minimum Experience: Less than 1 year.
