Hotel Receptionist Manager Needed Urgently
Hotel Receptionist Manager: Join our team as a hotel receptionist manager and be the face of our hotel. Manage the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and efficiently manage reservations.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
2. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes and promptly resolve guest issues or complaints.
3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
4. Manage the hotel's budget and expenses to achieve financial targets.
5. Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive
work environment.
6. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleanliness and maintenance standards.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests.
8. Implement and monitor safety and
security procedures for guests and staff.
Requirements & Skills:

1. Excellent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in hotel management or a related role.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
5. In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations and guest services.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
2. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
5. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field for the manager role.
