Job Description:
Are you an HR assistant with exceptional administrative and communication skills? We are hiring! As an HR assistant, you will need to be organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Conflict management and decision-making skills are a must, along with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration. Responsibilities:
- Support all HR-related inquiries or requests
- Maintain digital records of employees
- Coordinate with benefit vendors and administrators
- Assist with recruitment process and
employment contracts
- Manage HR management team's calendars
- Oversee compensation and benefit documentation
- Assist with performance management procedures
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Perform orientations and update new staff records
- Produce reports on HR activity

- Process payroll and resolve errors
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR assistant
- Knowledge of
labor law and employment equity regulations
- Strong HR administration and people management skills
- Familiarity with payroll practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to
work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in email, MS Office, and other business tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
