Passionate Marketing Officer Needed at Rite Synergy Koncept

We are currently seeking a passionate Marketing Officer to join our team at Rite Synergy Koncept. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing our marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring their success in meeting our company's goals.

To be successful in this role, you must have a great enthusiasm for all things marketing and possess a solid knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. Excellent communication skills and experience in managing different marketing ventures are also essential.

Your main goal will be to ensure that our marketing efforts add the highest value to our business. You will contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies, support the marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations, and organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.

In addition, you will plan advertising and promotional campaigns for our products or services on various media platforms, liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote the success of our activities, and evaluate their success using various metrics.

You will also be responsible for preparing content for the publication of marketing material, conducting market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth, and collaborating with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

To qualify for this position, you must have proven experience as a marketing officer or in a similar role. A solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles, as well as good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis methods, are required. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software, along with a thorough understanding of social media and web analytics, is also necessary.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, and a creative and commercial mindset. A team player with a customer-oriented approach is a must.
