Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Cook high-quality meals and food items according to company recipes
- Store excess food at the correct temperature to avoid spoilage
- Ensure food portions and presentation meet company standards
- Monitor supplies and reorder stock as needed
- Clean and sterilize food preparation areas
- Assist other cooks to ensure timely completion of food orders
- Resolve problems with customers' orders efficiently
- Follow food health and
safety regulations
Requirements:

- Proven
work experience as a Chef or Cook
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques
- Leadership skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent time management abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Culinary school diploma preferred
Qualification: High school (O level certificate)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
