Responsibilities as Secretary:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
- Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and partners
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents
- Record and distribute meeting minutes as needed
Responsibilities as Human Resources:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, employee relationships, training, and compensation process
- Design and implement programs to improve relationships
- Provide counseling for relationship management, dispute resolution, and team building

Skills & Requirements as Secretary:
- Proven
work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Familiarity with office organization
- Excellent written and
verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Skills & Requirements as Human Resources:
- Idea of local and international recruitment
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian
labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes
Minimum Qualification Requirements: Minimum qualification is OND
