Operations Manager in Logistics/Transport Company - Jaya Services

Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle
- Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach, and train workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations, and operational requirements

Requirements & Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management (//opor.ng)
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain is an added advantage

Minimum Qualification Requirements: B.S.C / HND
Minimum Experience: 5 years

Compulsory requirement: Applicants must reside within Ikeja/Berger/Ibafo axis. If chosen, an applicant will undertake a 3 months probation period with a salary of N80,000. After then an upward review (N100-120k) will be negotiated if performance meets the demands of the management.
