Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and ensure efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff and assign tasks
- Manage appointments and travel arrangements for upper management
- Handle phone calls and correspondence
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Maintain records and databases
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Prepare reports and presentations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic
accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software
- Secretarial studies qualification is a plus
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration preferred
