Customer Service / Booking Officer for Short Let Apartments
Responsibilities:
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks.
- Manage online and phone reservations.
- Inform customers about payment methods.
- Register guests and collect necessary information.
- Welcome guests and assign rooms.
- Provide information about accommodation, rates, and amenities.
- Respond to client complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain records of bookings and payments.

- Bsc / Hnd degree required.
- Must reside within Ikoyi, Lekki phase1 to Ajah.
