Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Identify new markets and customer needs through research
- Arrange business meetings with potential clients
- Promote our products/services to address client objectives
- Prepare sales contracts and ensure compliance with regulations
- Keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices

Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as a business development manager or sales executive
- Track record of successful sales
- Customer support experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Market knowledge and ability to build rapport
- Strong time management and planning skills

Minimum Qualifications:
- BSc degree
