Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude towards customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Keep records of interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with colleagues as necessary.

- Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support.

Requirements:
- Bsc, HND, OND qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
