Branch Supervisor - ROBECK LOCKS
Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational efficiency and sales growth of the branch
- Increase brand awareness and market share through various strategies
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching
- Develop and sustain relationships with customers for retention
- Maintain accurate records of sales and operations transactions
- Manage branch facility to safeguard assets and maintain cleanliness
- Grow sales to retail, trade, and wholesale segments
- Prepare and implement strategic plan to achieve sales goals
- Identify and contact potential leads and new markets

Requirements & Skills:
- Up to 3 years experience in Sales/Customer Service
- Up to 1 year of team leadership experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in managing a branch facility
- HND/Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent
communication and listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with strong
work ethic
- Meticulous with attention to detail
- Exceptional people management skills
