Executive Assistant/Admin - Tenstrings Music Institute
Responsibilities:
1. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior executives.
2. Organize and maintain executive files, documents, and records.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
5. Act as a primary point of contact for clients.
6. Assist with meeting preparations and follow up on action items.
7. Provide general administrative support.
8. Assist with office management tasks.

Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
