- Screen calls and distribute correspondence
- Manage diary and schedule meetings
- Make travel arrangements
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports and presentations

- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with office gadgets and applications
- Excellent communication skills
Minimum Qualification: Ond degree
