Garment Factory Manager - OYERTUR GARMENT FACTORY

Responsibilities:
- Manage factory operations and ensure on-time production and delivery.
- Maintain reliable product quality and control production costs.
- Screen, recruit, and train new factory workers.
- Implement budgets, quality control, and dispatch finished goods.
- Analyze production data and resolve any issues.
- Prepare production reports for key decision-makers.
- Develop strategies to streamline operations.

Requirements & Skills:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a factory manager in the garment industry.
- Knowledge of industry-specific equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
