Account Clerk and Bookkeeper - Full-Time Office

Responsibilities:
- Handle bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
- Create and maintain spreadsheets
- Perform clerical
work and provide interoffice support
- Invoice and reconcile for different departments
- Maintain excellent vendor relations
- Verify claims and process orders and deposit slips
Requirements & Skills:
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and record-keeping principles and procedures

- Accurate in accounting tasks
- Proficient in business-level English, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain business and client relationships
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Graduate with
good communication skills
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Minimum Experience: 2 years
