logistics company offering a wide range of vehicles for hire, including Toyota Coaster Buses, Hiace, Trucks, Cars, Jeep, and SUVs. We provide transportation solutions for individuals and businesses in Lagos and interstates. Our services also include haulage of goods and ancillary services such as moving home, furniture, equipment, and more.
We are currently looking for a Personal/Admin Assistant to join our team. As a Personal/Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include office management, secretarial services, receiving and making telephone calls, receiving visitors, organizing meetings, taking down minutes of meetings, typing letters to customers, making photocopies, writing proposal letters to clients, monitoring and capturing maintenance expenses, keeping track of vehicle movements, and other assigned duties.
To be successful in this role, you should have good experience in using computers, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of
finance or
accounting is an added advantage. Previous experience in a business center is important.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Economics/Admin, or related disciplines.
Minimum Experience:
- 3 years
