Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
- Develop training materials and performance management programs
- Create compensation strategy based on market research
- Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts
- Collaborate with GM and Business Head to develop HR plan
- Ensure HR policies are applied consistently
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in HR coordination or relevant position

- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Strong MS Office skills
- Understanding of sourcing tools and online communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field
- 4-5 years of work experience in HR, with 2 years in a supervisory role
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid understanding of
labor legislation
- Membership in relevant professional bodies (CIPM, CIPD)
- Good negotiation, leadership, and networking skills
