Create new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers. Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure beautiful presentation. Monitor stocks for baking ingredients and make appropriate orders within budget. Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers. Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station. Proven experience as Pastry Chef or relevant role required. Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field required. Minimum 1 year experience.
