Responsibilities include cooking intercontinental and local dishes, grilling, baking, and plating dishes in a presentable way. We are looking for someone with excellent culinary skills and who is a team player.
Requirements include cooking scrumptious meals, making local drinks and delicacies. The chef will work with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure the kitchen is properly stocked and we have a variety of meals on our menu. The ideal candidate should have excellent culinary skills and good presentation skills. Our hotel has a bush bar kitchen as well as a restaurant and grill.
