- You will normally receive an email with your activation code within minutes;

- Sometimes an email with your activation code ends up in the SPAM (a separate folder in your mailbox) - you should check in this folder;

- Sometimes an email with the activation code does not reach you.

If an email with your activation code does not arrive within 15 minutes.:
  • try using Account login and password reminder system . Due to the fact that your login hasn’t been activated, the system, except the password, will send your activation code. Also, it will use another server and a different method of sending the message your way.
  • Contact the administrator viacontact form, make sure you specify your login in your message (the activation code will be sent manually).

Most of the time, errors occur when typing login/password using your keyboard.

The simplest and the most efficient solution would be:

There have been attempts to enter those people’s user account profiles who placed ads without prior registration.

If you haven’t registered: your account or a personal profile was not created, therefore there’s nothing to enter. You can get a password reminder and manage your ad (if it was added by an unregistered user) from your ad page, block Manage your ad;

This system is able to send your account data via Text messages.

Please note: in order to send data via text messages you would have to fill out “my phone number” required field (make sure you specify only one phone number in international format).

Sending your account data via text messages option might not be available in all countries.

The reason for introducing the account restrictions system is simple. In fact, less than 2% of all users were managing from 2 to 5 accounts and the most active users were managing dozens of accounts.
The goal of this system is to create equal opportunities for all users.

The basic rule is - one account per one user.
Exceptions (restrictions could be lifted by the administrator):
  • Your ads are placed and managed by the ad placement service;;
  • presence of several registered legal entities;
  • company managers have access to each other’s computers but manage different business lines (however, ad topics do not intersect);
  • ads from different accounts are placed in different categories. It isn’t possible to transfer all your ads to one account even for an objective reason (e. g. when a husband is providing services and, a wife sells paintings);
  • A limit of 1000 ads per account;
  • other objective reasons for having additional accounts;
are not considered as exceptions (restrictions cannot be lifted by the administrator):
  • company managers have shared access to each other computers and are selling the same product. Every manager needs an account; there are 5 managers altogether;
  • I have registered an account for a friend or a co-worker.
  • if there is no objective reason for having additional accounts, the administrator cannot lift restrictions.

The system is very accurate, the chance of error is next to zero.

You can send a request to delete your account / your personal profile from the menu in your personal account.

Personal account -> Personal account settings -> Delete your account..

Requests to delete a personal account are processed on schedule, twice a day.

Your account/your personal profile is deleted permanently. All your ads and any other information which was posted from this account.
